Cancellation & Refund Policy
Since our offers consist of digital products and live online sessions, special cancellation and refund conditions apply.
1. No Right of Withdrawal or Return for Digital Content & Online Sessions
In accordance with consumer rights in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and other countries, there is no right of withdrawal or return for digital products and online services once access or usage has begun.
By making a purchase, you expressly agree that:
- You waive your legal right of withdrawal once you gain access to digital content or book an online session.
- Returns or refunds are excluded, as digital products and online sessions cannot be physically returned.
2. Cancellation of Online Sessions
- Single Bookings: Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the session via email. In this case, the session can be rescheduled once.
- Package Bookings (10 Sessions): Unused sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within the booked timeframe.
