Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders of digital products and online sessions made through our website.
Our offer is directed at consumers worldwide, especially in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Consumers are natural persons who use our services for private purposes.
By placing an order, you accept these T&C in the version valid at the time of your order. Deviating terms and conditions are not accepted.
28 SOLUTIONS LP reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The version published on our website at the time of the order shall apply.
2. Digital Products & Online Sessions
Our products are purely digital and include:
- Live Online Sessions
- Digital Guides & Courses
There are no physical products or shipping of goods.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices. Payment is made via the payment methods specified during the order process.
28 SOLUTIONS LP reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders already completed are not affected.
In case of payment default, late payment interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of up to €20 per reminder may be charged.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed on our website are non-binding offers.
By placing an order, you submit a legally binding purchase offer. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. The contract is concluded once 28 SOLUTIONS LP confirms your order via email or grants you access to the digital content.
Important: Since these are digital products, the service will begin immediately after payment is received. This means the right of withdrawal is excluded (see Section 6).
5. Delivery & Access to Digital Content
- Access to Digital Products: After payment is received, you will get access to your product via email or through a member area.
- Live Online Sessions: Participation takes place via a digital link provided after successful booking.
If you do not receive access, please contact us at support@yourcoachmichaela.com.
6. No Right of Withdrawal or Return
Since our products are digital and the service is provided immediately, there is no right of withdrawal or return.
By purchasing, you expressly agree and confirm that:
- You waive your legal right of withdrawal once you gain access to digital content or book an online session.
- No refunds or returns are possible.
7. Cancellation of Online Sessions
- Single Bookings: Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the session via email. In this case, the session can be rescheduled once.
- Package Bookings (e.g., 10 Sessions): Unused sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within the booked period.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
28 SOLUTIONS LP accepts no liability for:
- Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., the user's internet connection),
- Individual health or physical effects of the training,
- Loss of profits or other financial damages.
The use of our digital products and online sessions is at your own risk. In case of doubt, you should seek medical advice before participating.
9. Data Protection
The protection of your data is important to us. All collected data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties unless required for contract fulfillment.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the substantive laws of Canada. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to these T&C is Canada.
